| The 'sailaway
lined' is sold as a waterproof shell fitted with ballast and a engine.
The floor is fitted and the interior is lined out. This enables the
owner to use the boat as a 'camper' whilst fitting out the interior.

| BALLAST | Adequate ballast is installed onto a bitumen-prepared base |
| FLOOR | Treated wooden moisture resistant floor is fitted within the cabin area |
| INSULATION | Spray foam insulation is applied to all sides and roof as standard |
| CLADDING | We offer a choice of tongue & groove cladding or veneered ply to the walls and roof, within the cabin area. Bulkheads fitted to your requirements. |

| DOORS |
Traditional craft: Twin steel doors to the rear and sliding hatch. Front doors are hard wood and glazed or steel, to your instruction Cruiser craft: |
| ENGINE | Beta Marine diesel engine and matched gearbox installed with standard instrumentation and controls, fitted with twin alternators, or any engine of your choice. |
| ELECTRICS | Two 12 volt batteries supplied - one starter, one leisure. All electrical cables in place. Including 240v ring main. |
| PAINT |
Shell finished in one coat red oxide primer
- one coat undercoat. Hull is coated in bitumastic. |
| VENTILATION | Adequate brass mushroom roof vents are fitted along with all other required ventilators. |
| GAS | Gas pipe in place, from gas locker to kitchen area. |
| PLUMBING | Water pipe in place, from water tank to clorifier position |
