| ENGINE | Beta Marine diesel engine and matched gearbox installed with standard instrumentation and controls, fitted with twin alternators, or any engine of your choice. |
| ELECTRICS | Two 12 volt batteries supplied - one starter, one leisure. All electrical cables in place. Including 240v ring main. |
| PAINT | Shell finished in one coat zinc grey primer - two coat undercoat. Hull is coated in bitumastic. |
| VENTILATION | Adequate brass mushroom roof vents are fitted along with all other required ventilators. |
| GAS | Gas pipe in place, from gas locker to kitchen area. |
| PLUMBING | Water pipe in place, from water tank to clorifier position |
